Welcome to the Teine Energy Ltd.'s Confidential E-Web Reporting

Introduction

Teine Energy Ltd. Has selected ConfidenceLine as its authorized external service provider for the purpose of reporting unethical or improper conduct. This service is open to all employees, service providers, vendors and third-party stakeholders.

The ConfidenceLine E-Web reporting system offers a secure, state of the art, web-based reporting communications process that allows for direct and confidential communication between you and Teine.

Instructions

In accordance with Teine’s Whistleblower Procedures, you may report the following types of concerns:

Safety & Environmental

Matters involving non-emergency situations regarding unsafe work or work practices, including environmental or occupational health & safety concerns.

Business Integrity

Matters involving employee or business conduct including ethics, conflicts of interest, misuse or disclosure of data or intellectual property, falsification of records, or criminal conduct.

Workplace Conduct

Matters involving inappropriate conduct in the workplace such as harassment, discrimination, violence, substance abuse, intentional property damage, or privacy violations.

Financial Integrity

Matters involving improper accounting or financial reporting practices including financial statement manipulation, fraud theft, embezzlement, or bribery and corruption.

Other

For all other inquiries or matters that do not fit into the above categories.

How to Submit an E-Web Report

To create a report, simply press the “Continue” button on the log-in screen. The system will provide you with a User Name and you will be asked to create a Password for the purpose of receiving communications from Teine and/or to update information to your file. Once you have entered the ConfidenceLine E-Web application some preliminary instructions will be provided, please read these carefully. You will find a series of screens that include questions and information particular to your concern. You may skip over questions that do not apply, and at the end of the process you will be given an opportunity to edit the final report before it is sent by you and received by the Designate(s) at Teine.

For security purposes, there is a sixty-minute (60 minute) inactivity time limit built into the web application. If there is a period of inactivity for more than sixty (60) minutes, the system will cancel your access to the program. Should this occur, please start the process from the beginning.

Once you are completely satisfied with your report, you will be asked to press a “Send Report” button that will send your confidential electronic report to the approved Designate(s) at Teine. Remember to write down the User Name and Password provided so you can log back in to obtain an update or reply to your submission.

If you would like to see Teine’s response to your submission, simply log back into the website and enter your User Name and Password. You will be given an opportunity to update the file by entering communications directly over the internet that will be reviewed by the Designate(s). Type your message in the Communications Message Field and press the “Send Communications” button. An e-mail alert will be sent by the program to the Teine Designate(s) who will log in and see your comments.

The E-Web reporting process includes a mechanism for you to upload any documentation or evidence that you would like to forward with regard to this report. If choosing to report anonymously, please remove any identifiers that may jeopardize your anonymity prior to uploading your submitted materials for the company designate to review.
